X-Com
Hector Destructor
The main character so far. He is superhumanly strong, very short tempered, and immune to explosions. He is related to Chappy Chappy in some obscure way. Nicknamed Heck.
Victor Banana
The same Victor Banana as in Irritability. He is very calm. He serves as a field agent, pilot, and engineer for X-com. He has higher rank, and has been with X-com longer than Hector.
J-Vert
J-Vert is the model number for the voice command recognition missile that Hector Destructor uses, but since X-Com is so cheap, they can't afford more than one, it's rigged not to explode, just burn things up with the exhaust. They can't even afford a missile launcher, they have to just throw it, and have it blast off in midair. Since it accept verbal commands, I treat it like another character.
Annunakian
Based on a picture drawn on John Marble's wall, Annunakian is the alien that Hector Destructor chases. He likes earth's culture, is pacifistic, and looks different from the other sectoid/greys-type aliens.
Zapatistas
Mendoza
Leader of the Zapatista revolution, he is now the Mighty Master of Mexico. He is also a very freaky looking cow/man/thing with eyeballs for nipples and kneecaps, mouths on his shins, and many other hideous abnormalities.
Jose
The boss, he wears a ski mask with no mouth, and smokes a pipe through it. A close friend of presidente Mendoza.

A Zapatista. Able to be killed and brought back to life as many times as necessary.

Mjolnir Inc.
Lord Chappy
Great Grandfather of Chappy Chappy, he is the president of Mjolnir Inc. He is also quite thoroughly
insane, and wears his armor all the time.
Spartacus
Spartacus is Lord Chappy's right hand man. Except he is not a man at all, he is an ant.
